Indoor Reception Space:
- Comfortably hosts approx. 65 guests, with room for essential celebration tables and dining
- Glass-front indoor event space with sweeping views of the Etowah River
- Vaulted ceilings and a soft off-white interior palette
- Bathed in natural light with a peaceful, chapel-like feel
- Amphitheater-style seating suitable for both seated and mingling-style events
- Four gently rising tiers with center steps and built-in dining space
- Spacious amphitheater floor for dining, serving, and entertaining
- Fully climate-controlled for year-round comfort
- Built-in sound system (plug-and-play ready)
- Prep kitchen with oven, commercial cooler, and ice maker
- Basic cleaning supplies & trash service
A Few Things To Know:
- 5 hour rentals are designed for 2 hour setup, 2 hour event time & 1 hour takedown
- 6 hour rentals are designed for 2 hour set up, 3 hour event time & 1 hour takedown
- 5 hour rental is $400 & $75 each additional hour.
- All rentals must include setup and cleanup time within your reserved window
- Parties can be booked Saturdays & Sundays within 120 days of your event.
- A $200 nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your date
- Full payment is due 30 days before your event
- No liquor without a licensed bartender
- Party Rental pricing is not valid for weddings, elopements, engagements, or receptions
