If you're planning a DIY wedding with a seated reception, hosting more than 30–40 guests, or planning to have family and friends help with setup and decorating, our all-day rental is the better choice. The venue rental provides access to tables & chairs.
Having the venue for the entire day gives you the flexibility to decorate at your own pace, receive vendors, set up for dinner and dancing, and enjoy your celebration without feeling rushed. It's the best option for couples managing more of the event themselves or planning a larger celebration.
Many couples choose the all-day rental because it provides the feel of a traditional wedding day, with time to enjoy getting ready, your ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, and reception without feeling rushed. It's also included with our All-Inclusive Micro Wedding Packages, where multiple vendors and the many moving parts of the day require additional time for setup, coordination, and preparation.
Venue management and table and chair setup and takedown are available as optional add-on services. These services are required for our All-Inclusive Wedding Package.

Exclusive Venue Access
Exclusive venue access during your rental period. Does not include the cottages. Your rental includes access to the open field, parking area, riverside outdoor patio, fire pit area, waterfall, The Overlook Amphitheater, and the riverside spaces extending past the cottages.
Ample Parking
The property offers ample parking to comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests, conveniently located between the open field and riverside patio with a short walk to The Overlook Amphitheater.
The Overlook Amphitheater
The Overlook Amphitheater accommodates approximately 70 guests with a spacious floor along & built-in theater seating for up to 52 guests. The tiered seating is designed so every guest has a beautiful view overlooking the river.
