What's Included In Your DIY Venue Rental:

Exclusive venue access from 8AM to 10PM

Bride & Groom Cottages (full day rental)

Outdoor cement patio with waterfall & river access

Temperature controlled indoor space

- The Overlook Amphitheater (Seats Up To 70)

Deep cleaning before & after event (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & hand soap.)

Trash removal (trash cans & bags included)

Access to tables & chairs

-6 foot rectangles, 48" round & 36" round

-Inside cushioned conference style chairs

-Outside white wooden weddings chairs


IMPORTANT INFOMRATION:

A nonrefundable retainer of 50% & signed contract is required to reserve your date.

BOYB beer & wine are permitted.

Any liqour requires a licensed bartender.

Outside food, catering & vendors allowed.

*Caterrers, Bartenders & Day Of Coordinators must provide COI & be pre-approved by the venue manager.

Full payment is due 60 days before your event.

30 days before your event, we require proof of Day Of Event insurance which is normally $100-$200 & a $500 refundable security deposit.
