floral design & budget

Package includes a $1,000 floral budget. Couples will work directly with the floral designer to select floral styles and arrangements that best fit their vision. Coordination and design teams will collaborate with the florist to ensure overall aesthetics remain cohesive throughout the event design.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Professional wedding photography services including 6 hours of coverage and edited high-resolution images.

catering

Reception catering service based on selected menu and guest count. Services may include staffing, buffet or plated meal service, and standard catering setup.

DJ & ENTERTAINMENT

Music and entertainment services including ceremony audio, reception sound, MC services, and curated music management throughout the event.

bar service

Provided by Petals & Pour by Forget Me Knot Weddings–Events, LLC
Professional serve-only bartending and pouring service including licensed bartenders, bar setup guidance, beverage service management, and signature drink service options. Client provides alcohol and mixers unless otherwise noted. Bar service includes cups, bar napkins, and professional bar tools needed for service.

setup & Breakdown coordination

Management and coordination of contracted décor setup and end-of-night breakdown according to package inclusions and vendor responsibilities.
