What's Included In Your Venue Rental?


Exclusive Venue Access

Exclusive venue access during your rental period. Does not include the cottages. Your rental includes access to the open field, parking area, riverside outdoor patio, fire pit area, waterfall, The Overlook Amphitheater, and the riverside spaces extending past the cottages.

Ample Parking

The property offers ample parking to comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests, conveniently located between the open field and riverside patio with a short walk to The Overlook Amphitheater.

The Overlook Amphitheater

The Overlook Amphitheater accommodates approximately 70 guests with a spacious 50 x 30 floor along with built-in theater seating for up to 50 guests. The tiered seating is designed so every guest has a beautiful view overlooking the river.

We have a 5-hour venue rental minimum.


Please keep in mind that your reserved rental time includes setup, decorating, your event itself, and all takedown and cleanup.

so we offer affordable additional rental hours for those needing extra time.

A Few Things To know

  • Parties can be booked Saturdays within 90 months of your event.
  • A $200 nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your date ($207 with cc processing)
  • Full payment is due 60 days before your event
  • No liquor without a licensed bartender
  • Party Rental pricing is not valid for weddings, elopements, engagements, or receptions.
