The Overlook Amphitheater
The Overlook Amphitheater accommodates approximately 70 guests with a spacious floor along & built-in theater seating for up to 52 guests. The tiered seating is designed so every guest has a beautiful view overlooking the river.

The Curated package offers a refined, luxury tablescape experience featuring layered styling, premium linens, and full-service setup. Each guest setting includes a dinner plate, salad plate, goblet, layered flatware set, napkin, charger plate, additional accent plate for layered presentation, luxury napkins, and premium tablecloth linens.
The Experience
The experience also includes complete tablescape styling and installation by our team, featuring full tablescape design, professional styling and placement, luxury detailing, customization, and complete setup service. Designed to deliver an elevated event aesthetic, The Curated package creates a sophisticated and polished tablescape with upscale layers and luxurious finishes.

Floral Design
Package includes a $1,000 floral budget. Couple will work directly with the floral designer to select floral styles and arrangements that best fit their vision. Coordination and design teams will collaborate with the florist to ensure overall aesthetics remain cohesive throughout the event design.
Photography
Professional wedding photography services including 6 hours of coverage and edited high-resolution images.
DJ & Entertainment
Music and entertainment services including ceremony audio, reception sound, MC services, and curated music management throughout the event.
Catering
Reception catering service based on selected menu and guest count. Services may include staffing, buffet or plated meal service, and standard catering setup.
Bar Service
Provided by Petals & Pour by Forget Me Knot Weddings–Events, LLC
Professional serve-only bartending and pouring service including licensed bartenders, bar setup guidance, beverage service management, and signature drink service options. Client provides alcohol and mixers unless otherwise noted. Bar service includes cups, bar napkins, and professional bar tools needed for service.
Setup & Breakdown Coordination
Management and coordination of contracted décor setup and end-of-night breakdown according to package inclusions and vendor responsibilities.
Vendor Management
All participating vendors are professionally coordinated to ensure communication, scheduling, and overall event flow remain organized and seamless throughout the planning process.
